I welcome private piano, organ and composition students. I teach from home in Glasgow as well as travelling to students’ homes in central Scotland.
My rates this term are:
One hour: £35
45 minutes: £30
The first lesson is free of charge for pupils and parents to get a feel for my style without any commitment.
I teach all ABRSM grades and diplomas, pupils who wish to learn by ear and pupils who do not wish to do grades. As a former secondary school music teacher, I have thorough knowledge of the SQA music curriculum for pupils who are focusing on SQA exams.
My cancellation policy is 12 hours’ notice: payment is not required if a lesson is cancelled 12 hours before the lesson. If I need to cancel within this time, the student’s following lesson will be free of charge. Changing the lesson time to a different day or time, within the same week, is fine and is outwith the cancellation policy.
Payments should be made on the day of a lesson. Block deals are also available.
